Hypnotherapy session for young people under 18. I am confident that young people can also benefit positively from hypnotherapy sessions. These can be for fear/phobias, self-confidence, self-love, coping mechanisms, school issues etc. Parental consent will always be required. First session to include at least 40 minutes extra for consultation.
